The Houston Rockets had a predictably easy win against the Philadelphia 76ers 120-98 Thursday night at Toyota Center, picking up their fifth straight victory.

The Rockets did not need to perform very well to beat the Sixers as the latter hasn't won a single game in nearly two months. The Sixers had a few runs on Thursday night, but not enough to defeat the star-studded Rockets. The host team outscored them in each quarter and claimed the victory effortlessly.

James Harden finished his night with 26 points to go with his 10 rebounds and 10 assists in just 21 minutes, his second career triple double. Dwight Howard added 17 points and 13 rebounds. Terrence Jones chipped in 20 points.

James Anderson led the Sixers with 30 points and made six 3-pointers. The team matched the 2010-11 Cavaliers' NBA record for 26-consecutive losses.

The Rockets have improved to 49-22 on the season while the Sixers are 15-57.
