China wins at Badminton Indian Open

China has won both the mixed doubles and the men's doubles at the Indian Open in Delhi.

Liu Cheng and Bao Yixin pulled off an upset over the favourites and world number two team of Joachim Nielsen and Christinna Pederson of Denmark.

They wrapped up the contest in 51 minutes, winning in straight games 21-19, 21-19.

It was the first Super Series title for Liu and Bao, ranked five in the world.

And in the Men's doubles, Chai Biao and Hong Wei took just 45 minutes to overcome the Danish pair of Mads Conrad-Petersen and Mads Pieler Kolding in straight games 21-18, 21-14.

Meanwhile in the women's doubles, Chinese duo Luo Ying and Luo Yu were beaten by Japan's Misaki Matsutomo and Ayaka Takahashi 21-19, 21-19.
