Fenghuangshan Sports Park Gymnasium encompasses a professional football stadium with a seating capacity of 60,000, meeting FIFA standards, as well as a comprehensive sports arena and a multipurpose hall with a seating capacity of 18,000, meeting NBA standards.

The construction process was meticulously executed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques, which allowed for early identification of pipeline clashes and elevation requirements, resulting in reduced material waste. Innovative technologies like tensile membrane roof systems, perforated aluminum sunshade systems, and autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) panel partition wall systems were employed to improve insulation, noise reduction, building durability, and visitor comfort. The venue's exterior design draws inspiration from the "Shu Brocade" intangible cultural heritage and has received accolades such as the China Steel Structure Gold Award and being recognized as one of the "Top 100 Architecture of the New Era in China 2022."
