He Chong wins 3m springboard gold at worlds

Olympic champion He Chong of China won the gold on the men's 3-meter springboard at the world championships here on Thursday.

He Chong of China, Troy Dumais of U.S., Alexandre Despatie show their medals during the awarding ceremony after the Men's 3m Springboard Final in the 13th FINA World Championships in Rome, Italy, July 23, 2009. He Chong won the gold medal with 505.20 points. Troy Dumais and Alexandre Despatie respectively won the silver and bronze medal with 498.40 and 490.30 points. [Xinhua]
