China Wins Mixed Doubles in Asian Univ.

Chinese players won the mixed doubles final in the 1st Asian University Tennis Championship in Guangzhou.

The Chinese pair of Lu Hao and Chen Yanchong beat Liui Taiwei/Lin Yuting from Chinese Taipei 8-1 for the title.

The girl's singles title was taken by Su Shengnan of China who beat her compatriot Ren Jing 7-6, 7-2 in the final. The boy's singles title was won by Liu Taiwei of Chinese Taipei after he beat Tai Haiyun of China 6-1, 6-1.

China has already won the girl's doubles title on Saturday as Sun Shengnan and her partner Chen Yanchong beat their compatriots Ren Jing and Yang Sujing 9-7. The boy's doubles titlists are Lee Menghua/Lin Daichiao from Chinese Taipei.
