34.45% Vote Germany to Be the Champion
Adjust font size:

A poll from FIFA.com show that 34.45 percent of voters think Germany will win the FIFA Women's World Cup China 2007, surpassing U.S.-supporters with a number of 30.85 percent till the news releases.

Other potential champions in their opinion are Brazil (18.24%) and China (5.15%).

This changes a lot from Monday's results. Minutes before Germany and Argentina's curtain-raiser, 40 percent-more voters think the United States to be the champion, followed with Brazil and Germany.

After defending champion Germany sent a strong message with its record-breaking 11-0 victory Monday over Argentina in the Women's World Cup opener, its followers keep increasing. For the top-ranked United States, it serves as a warning.
