Ding winless in GP Snooker
Adjust font size:

Chinese snooker prodigy Ding Junhui is facing elimination from the ongoing 2007 Grand Prix Snooker Tournament in Aberdeen, Scotland after consecutive losses on Sunday.

Ding conceded twin 4-1 defeats to Englishman Stuart Bingham and Marco Fu from Hong Kong.

The 20-year-old succeeded in taking early leads in both games, but his under-par form allowed his rivals to rally and grab final victory.

The Chinese star will clash with Ben Woollaston and Stuart Pettman in two coming matches on Monday and Tuesday.
