China grasp half of golds at Asian Indoor Games

Chinese dancers raked in three gold, four silver and three bronze in Macao on Sunday in the sports dancing event of the second Asian Indoor Games, making its final medal standings at 6-7-7 in the 12-category event.

 

Peng Ding and Lu Jie displayed the all-around skills in the five Standard Dances to grab the first gold for China on the night, as Fan Wenbo and Chen Shiyao were crowned the championships in Samba and Rumba.

 

Kazakhstan's Boris Maltsev and Z. Shamsutidnova ranked the first place in Cha cha cha.

 

Japan's Seko Masaki and Seko Chiaki doubled their gold medal titles in Paso Doble and Jive.
