Chinese duo win Seoul leg of beach volleyball

China's Xue Chen /Zhang Xi beat Brazilian duo of Ana Paula and Shelda 21-15, 21-12 on Sunday to win the Seoul leg of the World Circuit of beach volleyball.

The final only lasted 41 minutes.

The silver medal is the Brazilian team's best finish since they formed the team with the goal of winning one of the two spots for the women's Brazilian beach volleyball team to represent their country in the Beijing Olympic Games.

Sunday's match was plagued with rain in Seoul.

In the bronze medal match, Juliana/Larissa from Brazil were beaten by the American team of Nicole Branagh and Elaine Youngs. The Americans won 21-19, 13-21 and 15-7.

The next leg of World Circuit will take place on the beaches of Osaka, Japan.
