Dayron Robles of Cuba celebrates his world record in the men's 110 meter hurdles during the IAAF World Athletics Grand Prix meet in Ostrava.

Cuban athlete Dayron Robles set anew world record of 12.87 seconds for men's 110 meters hurdles at the Golden Spike meet in Ostrava, the Czech republic, on Thursday.

The previous record was set by Chinese Liu Xiang at 12.88 seconds.

Results of the 110 m hurdles race (wind +0,9 m/sec):

1. Robles, Cuba, 12.87 - world record

2. Trammell, United States, 13.21,

3. Demidiuk, Ukraine, 13.42
