Lenovo Group, along with Apple Computer Trading (Shanghai) Com., Ltd and Foxconn Technology Group, captured the first three spots on the list of the top 10 employers in the computer hardware sector for China's new graduates this year, according to the latest survey of the best employers for Chinese college students by ChinaHR.com, one of China's leading online recruiters.

The 2011 survey polled nearly 200,000 students from 764 college and universities in China and other countries. The report is based on the CBCD model, which has four factors: compensation packages, corporate brand, corporate culture and career development. Considered as China's most authoritative and credible report in ranking college graduate employers, it has drawn great attention from China's top 500 companies and other prestigious firms in China.

State-owned companies from sectors such as finance, energy and telecommunications continue to dominate the top 50 list, with China Mobile standing as No. 1 for three consecutive years. But with the economic recovery, their leading positions have been challenged by foreign-funded and private companies. Ten foreign companies, including Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, Google, Wal-Mart and Apple, are included in the top 50 list this year, while there were only three companies last year.

Finance remains the top dog for four consecutive years as the most preferred sector among college students, and the education and cultural sector is also a popular choice. The five most recognized sectors are finance, Internet, telecommunication, computer and energy.

Following are the top 10 best employers in computer hardware sector for China's college students in 2011, as compiled by ChinaHR.com:
