This is the third time Hangzhou has secured a spot on the list of the best Chinese cities to retire and the second time in a row for the city to come on top, affirming its appeal to China's bulging rich class. Dubbed as the Heaven on Earth for its gorgeous natural scenery and pleasant climate, the city is also providing its residents with increasing modern living facilities as well exploring new ways to care for the elderly. Hangzhou residents have a life expectancy of 80.67 years, a level even higher than many developed countries.
