Chi Kar Tong

Chi Kar Tong, also called Charles Chi, serves as the executive vice chairman of the board of Tomson Group. He made huge changes in marketing by promoting small size houses. Besides, he worked hard on creating a more open management and introducing scientific management. He also started another real estate project in Tianjin and he built Tomson, an international brand in the real estate industry.
