It is one of the highest buildings in Tokyo with a total of 48 floors. The building, designed by famous modern architect Kenzo Tange, consists of two buildings. It offers two amazing observation decks on the 45th floors of its south and north buildings, presenting the viewer with all of Tokyo's scenery. During good weather, you can see beautiful Mount Fuji.
