Top 10 China's richest people in 2014

Xincaifu, a monthly financial magazine based in Shenzhen, recently released its Fortune 500 list for 2014.

The total wealth of people on the list reaches 4,498.69 billion yuan (US$720.69 billion) with an average wealth of 9 billion yuan. It increased about 25% from last year.

The real estate industry is no longer the majority career of those on the list, according to Xincaifu. This year's top 10 billionaires are mainly in industries like new energy, the Internet and consumption.
