China Vanke Co., Ltd., one of the leading property developers in China, has topped the list of the Top 500 Chinese Real Estate Developers in 2015 again, according to the latest ranking released on March 24.

China Vanke Co., Ltd. has crowned the ranking for seven consecutive years. In addition, 11 out of the top 20 companies have also retained their top 20 positions for seven consecutive years.

The list, jointly released by the China Real Estate Research Association, the China Real Estate Association and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center, ranks developers based on comprehensive strength across a range of business indicators.

The sales revenue of the top 500 property developers for 2014 reached 3.41 trillion yuan (US$550.2 billion), and the total area of property sold was 308 million sq m. Most companies showed a positive increase in sales revenue, even if the overall situation was not good.

In addition, Dalian Wanda Group Corporation Ltd, one of the real estate tycoons, didn't show up on the list because it didn't offer its data on time.
