5. Guangzhou city in south China's Guangdong province

Guangzhou moved up eight ranking positions to the 24th in the GFCI 31 with a rating score of 681. Due to the favorable policies of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou is optimizing its business environment, promoting further opening-up, and attracting major global investors.
