Matcha, a powdered green tea integral to Japanese cuisine, has found a significant production base in China's Guizhou province, now one of the world's leading producers. The province boasts numerous tea plantations ideally suited for growing matcha. Thanks to Guizhou's climate and soil, conditions are perfect for producing high-quality matcha. Guizhou matcha is known for its rich flavor and smooth texture.
