Equis fires up summer fun


From special afternoon teas to rollicking Saturday night barbecues and Sunday recovery brunches, the Courtyard at Equis is always on hand to provide a summer treat. Each Saturday night has a BBQ buffet, including spicy lamb-leg skewers, honey mustard-glazed pork ribs, Japanese yakitori-roasted, miso-marinated prawns, BBQ chicken wings, pork-belly bites, soy-marinated Wagyu beef flank and incredible seafood malatang for 398 yuan per person. Starting from June 14, British head bartender Keith Motsi is preparing four different kinds of punch for the World Cup.
