Shangdong Cuisine

Derived from the native cooking styles of the Ji'nan and Jiaodong, Shandong Cuisine is characterized by its emphasis on good smelling, freshness ad tenderness. Soups are clear and fresh while creamy soups are thick and taste strong.

Sichuan Cuisine
