During the Expo, Healthlink provides English and Mandarin bilingual medical services with doctors who holds many years' overseas work experiences, as well the Mandarin and English capable nurses who could serve the tourists and visitors bilingually. Service descriptions:

Day-to-day medical consultation services

1. bilingual healthcare consultation

Day-to-day medical consultation (including: acute disease, diseases caused by seasonal endemic, chronic diseases, accidental injury, etc.)

Interpretation and translation of medical reports or laboratory test, medication instructions, travel health guide, etc.

Bilingual capable doctors at call center would communicate with clients and accordingly offers medical advices to the emergency aid staff on site, such as information of past medical history of the clients, records for medicine allergies, blood type etc. Information.

2. Mandarin and English bilingual clinical guide

consulting services for general information and visitation advices in 1000 second class hospitals across the country.

The recommendations to designated hospitals during the Expo;

Suggestions on transportation from place of residence to the hospitals;

A guide for medical procedures and medical treatment;

Arrangements on accompany the client to visit clinics

Emergency Aid Services

Communications bilingually in Mandarin and English with patients in assistance to 120, and a 24 hour emergency aid coordination for the patients are available in order to avoid language barriers with expatriates tourists who are unfamiliar to the medical treatment procedures.

According to the insurance products and the various allowances for advance disbursement, with the approval by the clients' insurance companies, Healthlink provides medical expenses advance disbursement services, and is accountable in collecting medical bills and the follow-up claim of insurance accordingly.
