What do World Expo authorities think about this year's proceedings in Shanghai? Vincente Gonzalez Los-certales, the Secretary-General of the Bureau of International Expositions, has revealed the answer in an exclusive interview with CCTV NEWS. The governing body chief told our reporter, Wang Guan, why he thinks this event has made history, both in China, and around the globe.

Wang Guan, CCTV Reporter, said, "If you have to rate this year's Expo on a one to ten scale, what score would you give Shanghai, and why?

Why Expo 2010 merits 10 on scale of 10

Wang Guan, CCTV Reporter, said, "What are the experiences, and perhaps lessons too, that future host cities can draw upon from this year's event?"

Vincente Gonzalez Los-certales, said, "Learning from each other ... Clean vehicles ... Urban best practices ..."

Shanghai sets example for future hosts

Wang Guan, CCTV Reporter, said, "What will be the tangible legacies, as well as the intangible returns of this Expo, for 1.3 billion Chinese people?"
