Air China expands its e-business around the globe
Adjust font size:

Over the past six months Air China has created local websites, in local languages, in the biggest countries and regions around the world.

Since July 2008, a total of 28 Air China websites have been launched, including websites for France, Germany, Japan, and Hong Kong. There are five functions available on these websites: flight enquiry and reservations, travel information, information on promotions, frequent flyer program information, and customer services.

Air China now allows all of its passengers to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes on its website 24 hours before departure time. After offering this service to passengers from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur, passengers from forty other countries and regions are now able to check in on the Air China website. Air China offers the same service on almost all of its 28 international websites, while providing passengers with the complete range of e-services including online ticket ordering, online payment and online check-in.
