Hainan Airlines to open Beijing-HK route

Hainan Airlines will open a nonstop route between Beijing and Hong Kong from December 19, 2008.

There will be one flight a day on the new route using Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The flight starts from Beijing at 11:00, arriving at Hong Kong at 14:30; the return flight departs from Hong Kong at 15:30, and arrives at Beijing at 18:50.

Hainan Airlines will carry out the code sharing cooperation with Hong Kong Express Airways, making the number of flights on the Beijing-Hong Kong route twice a day.

In addition, Hainan Airlines will launch three international routes including from Beijing to Bishkek, Kiev and Moscow.
