The sales of individual tickets in Hong Kong for next year's Shanghai World Expo will start on July 1, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government said Monday.

Members of the public can book tickets via China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd, the HKSAR government said in a news bulletin.

The Expo will be held in Shanghai from May to October next year under the theme "Better City, Better Life". Hong Kong will build a pavilion there under the theme "Hong Kong -- a City with Unlimited Potential" to showcase its connectivity and creativity.
