Global yacht clubs vow to build yacht life chains

 The US San Francisco Yacht Club, Saint Francis Yacht Club and China's Haiyang International Club released a joint declaration to launch the Pacific Ocean Home Port Plan during the tenth China International Sailing Expo held in Qingdao on May 26.
