Qingdao wine museum enters national top 4A attractions list

The Qingdao Wine Museum, the country's first wine-themed underground museum, was recently inaugurated as a national top 4A-level tourist attraction.

Covering an area of 8,800 square meters, the museum is composed of five sections along its 192-meter main passageway to showcase wine brewing, wine history and wine culture with commentator's introduction, physical objects, sculptures, pictures and videos.

The museum features a vineyard, an ice wine center, a wine history hall, an oak barrel wine cellar, a wine bar, a world wine hall, a café teahouse and a wine bank, with nearly 10,000 exhibits. It has registered 1.2 million visits since it opened in 2009.
