The 2013 Qingdao World City Music Festival takes place in the city of Qingdao, Shandong Province, from August 17 to 25. Numerous large-scale outdoor activities are rocking the city at the Urban Balcony Square and Golden Sand Beach.

Renowned DJs from both home and abroad joined the performances at the Urban Balcony on August 17 and presented audiences with an electronic music feast.

The second part of the activities will be staged at the Golden Sand Beach from August 24 to 25. Popular rock stars like Zang Tianshuo, Chen Qizhen and Yuan Weiren, together with bands such as Reflector, Face, CMCB, Warbaby and Fake Shark Real Zombie will perform during the festival.

The festival is hosted by the Huangdao municipal government and Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone.
