The ambassador candidates for Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition were finalized recently. Tang Guoqiang, Jiang Xintian, Huang Bo and other three celebrities from Qingdao were eventually elected as the ambassadors of the 2014 Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition.

Jiang Xintian, the sign language presenter of the China Disabled Art Troupe, came to the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition on Sept. 10, and accepted the certificate and golden key issued by the committee of the International Horticultural Exposition.

During the conferring ceremony, Jiang said that she was extremely excited to be elected as the image ambassador of Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition..

When asked what she would like to do for the deaf as an ambassador for next year's expo, Jiang answered in sign language, saying that it would be a great experience for her to be personally involved in helping deaf children take part in activities.

Jiang stressed that she is not just an ambassador, but a volunteer. She hopes to make a contribution to her hometown.
