Dani Painters Village, a traditional cultural industry village only a few kilometers away from the Qingdao Wanda Film Culture Industrial Park, is undergoing the transformation from a "village" into the Qingdao Dani Cultural Industry Park.

Located in Zhangjialou Town, Dani's leading enterprise, Lyu Ze Painting House, has long been engaged in oil painting, watercolor painting, acrylic copy painting and other creative works. Its painting works have been exported to more than 10 countries across Europe and the United States. The annual export number of oil paintings reaches 30,000; in 2012, the output value amounted to more than 100 million yuan.

Today, Dani Cultural Industry Park has become a multifunctional complex with four major areas, including an ecology-friendly residential area, a cultural and industrial area, a themed and cultural recreation area, as well as an ecological leisure resort.

In addition to Lyu Ze Painting House, the village also features the Zefeng Cultural and Ecological Park, plus the Kangda Cultural and Industrial Park.

In addition, a former drainage ditch has been transformed into a landscape river of more than 2,000 meters. Over 50,000 landscape seedlings planted along the river make life for both painters and villagers more poetic.
