The Jimo Old Museum is the only yellow wine museum in the north which was built in 2009 by Shandong Jimo Yellow Wine Factory Limited Corporation. The museum is about 50,000 square meters, with two flours, which are 50 meters in length and 20 meters in width.

There are scenic spots such as Cultural corridor, Long Reserved Wine Storeroom, Old Winery and Wine Tasting Room. Visitors can explore the traditional art inheritance from the 3,000 years yellow wines.

According to the museum manager Mr. Leng, the special thing in brewing Jimo old wine is to put the soaked glutinous millet into the pot, stirring and adding pulp while heating. The Underground Wine Cellar of Jimo has a history of more than 100 years, with the old wines of various specific years.
