Ten districts in Qingdao are developing large programs. Qingdao West Coast New District coordinates the construction of functional area and accelerates the construction of Lingshanwan Movie Cultural Industrial District, Dongjiakou Blue Port City and Marine High-tech Development Zone.

Shinan District is planning to speed up the building of business and fashion center in Qingdao and Shibei District is about to build home port for cruise liner. Licang District is accelerating drawing projects; LaoshanJinjialing is strengthening its capability in wealth management; Chenyang is enlarging the development scale of its rail transit industrial district. Jimo is constructing a new city for auto industry.

Pingdu, Jiaozhou and Laixi are also accelerating construction of large programs.
