The first customs-administered cross-border e-commerce industrial park in Shandong province officially opened in Qingdao's West Coast New Area on May 20.

The industrial park was jointly founded by the regulatory commission of the West Coast New Area, special sales site vip.com, and Qingdao Flying Express Customs Broker Co. to build the industrial park into an important hub in North China.

The industrial park will include a business center, a customs supervision center, a cross-border shopping experience center, public bonded warehouses, cold-chain bonded warehouses and an entry-exit ocean products supervision house. An e-commerce enterprising center and exhibition hall are also planned.
