56 journalists from 14 francophone countries of Africa including Benin, Comoros, and Niger, visit a lavender garden in Huangdao district of Qingdao, a coastal city of east China's Shandong province. They participated in the seminar for experienced journalists from francophone countries of Africa, and Qingdao was the second city they visited.
