"When the show was debuted in China back in 2006, my husband took my daughter to see it. And when we visited the Disney World in Japan, we bought a heap of Winnie the Pooh toys. Both of us are super fans of Winnie the Pooh."

Compared to its first China tour three years ago, this year's production takes advantage of new technology. The latest 3-D devices present a vivid scene and makes the audience feel that they are taking part in the adventure along with the costumed characters. The sponsor says the whole construction is imported directly from their European and American tour.

Frances Hsu said, "Our key point of the project is the stage production. We can change the stage background 100 times within the one-and-a-half hour show, which is the most prominent technology in the world. To the young audience, they see the stage version is visually the same and even better than animation. And the adult audience would enjoy the 3-D effects too."

The party will last until Sunday. A total of eight performances will be presented in the afternoon and evening.
