Shanghai is likely to overtake London as a global financial center in ten years. This according to a newly-released research by the British law firm, Eversheds.

Eversheds recently surveyed six hundred business leaders in London, New York, Shanghai, Bombay and the United Arab Emirates. Most of the entrepreneurs think the global financial center is on its way east.
The results show Shanghai currently ranks third, after New York and London but it's possible that Shanghai will overtake London in ten years.
China's ability to withstand the global financial meltdown has helped boost confidence in the country, benefiting Shanghai as a result.
