Lady Gaga has won three prizes at this year's MTV Europe Music Awards, claiming Best Female, Song, and Pop honors just one year after taking the best new act prize. Let's take a look at the awards show.

The Sunday ceremony converted two of the Spanish capital's most iconic landmarks into glittering venues from which to present its 2010 honors.

While Eva Longoria compered from Caja Magica in the south, tens of thousands of music fans crowded downtown Puerta de Alcala on Sunday to hear acts like Jared Leto and Shakira.

Lady Gaga beamed her acceptance speech from Budapest, Hungary, where she is on tour.

Lady Gaga won three awards for Best Pop, Best Female and Best Song at the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards which took place in Madrid, Spain on Sunday night.

Best New Act went to KE$HA, while the 16-year-old Justin Bieber won the Best Male Artist award, and Paramore the Best Alternative act.

Katy Perry got Best Video, while the MTV Global Icon award went to Jon Bon Jovi.
