A chemical factory exploded in Yushe county, North China's Shanxi province. At least 3 people have been killed, while dozens others were wounded.

Saturday evening's explosion occurred at the Yushe chemical plant.Rescue workers are still trying to put out the remaining fire by midnight Saturday.The situation has been basically put under control. A rescue command has been formed to direct the disaster relief operation. Local authorities say the explosion didn't cause any harmful gas to leak. The cause of the explosion is being investigated.
