Nanmadol arrives in China southeastern province Fujian

Nanmadol, the 11th tropical storm to hit China this year, has made landfall in Jinjiang City in southeast China's Fujian Province. Nanmadol was packing winds up to 72 kilometers an hour in the center when it landed at 2:30 A-M this morning.

It's expected to hover around the coastal regions for a while. The tropical storm brings strong rainfall, and precipitation is expected to last through Friday.
