Developers are still hoping to cash in on autumn sales, traditionally a peak season for the real estate market.

Nearly 88 projects from 12 countries and regions have arrived in Beijing for its autumn property fair which opened today. Foreign developers are hoping to entice Chinese buyers to buy property overseas as restrictions for home purchases in their own country stay tight.
