Colourful kitchen wares made of silica gel, delicate tea sets, and hand made gifts. All of these can be seen at Beijing International Creative Gifts & Crafts Exhibition. In this special clothing store, a man is taking a photo not for a souvenir, but to make a suit.

An exhibitor said, "If you are in Beijing, you can take a photo with this software and send it to our factory in Wuxi. And you can receive your tailor-made clothes on the second day."

These small robots are made of used computer components. The delicate design attracts many visitors. With the help of modern technology, traditional Chinese handicrafts come to life again. Ancient literary classics take on new meaning when read from a sheet of silk.

An exhibitor said, "This is 'The Art of War'. This book is made of silk. There are not only words, but also stamps and pictures. Moreover, there is an English translation so that people from abroad can also read this book."

Whether it's ancient works, or modern technology, exhibitors will be looking to entice people with their latest products that are bringing traditional crafts back to life alongside today's must have gadgets.
