Torrential rains in China’s Gansu province have killed at least 37 people, while another 19 are still missing.
More than 30 thousand people have been forced to evacuate due to collapsing buildings, and road transport has been severely disrupted. Hospitals and schools have also been damaged. Local authorities say some 360 thousand people and 230 square kilometres of farmland have been affected.
