A cave-in at a coal mine in Southwest China’s Guizhou province trapped dozens of miners.

Local authorities in Pu’an county say 53 miners have been rescued so far. The rescue operation is in full swing to save the remaining 5. A rescue and relief command center is now organizing a 400-member rescue team. The 5 trapped miners are said to be 450 meters under the wellhead.
