China's State Oceanic Administration has completed testing a drone monitoring site in coastal Jiangsu province. It says by the end of 2015, China will complete the deployment of unmanned aircraft to carry out marine surveillance in coastal provinces.

The monitoring will be more widespread and detailed to step up China's administration over the Diaoyu Islands and Huangyan Islands in the East and South China Seas.
