Heavy fog has hit Beijing, affecting air transportation. As of half past eight this morning, Beijing Capital International Airport had cancelled 20 flights.
More than 13 flights have been delayed for more than 1 hour. Runway visibility has improved to 800 meters from the 400 during early morning, but planes remained grounded.
