The Democratic People's Republic of Korea says it's considering changing the date for its planned rocket launch.

On Saturday, a DPRK Official said this was due to a series of issues raised during the launch preparation for the Kwang Myong Song-3 satellite. No further details have been provided.

Earlier on Saturday, South Korean media reported that the DPRK was commencing the fueling stage of its rocket. The report quoted a South Korean official as saying that a fuel vehicle had been detected at the missile launch site in North Pyongan Province.

Earlier this month, Pyongyang announced it would launch a new version of the Kwang myong song-3 satellite between December10th and 22nd. It's the DPRK's second attempt this year, following a failed launch in April.
