Boston lockdown lifted, one suspect still at large

Boston police have confirmed no arrest has yet been made in the hunt for the surviving Boston bomb suspect, but the lockdown has been lifted. Police say they believe the suspect is still in Massachusetts, and ask the public to remain vigilant.

Gov. Deval patrick, massachusetts, said, "To that extent, we can return to living our lives in the areas where the stay indoor request has been lifted, but remain vigilant."

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, left, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19. The ethnic Chechen brothers lived in Dagestan, which borders the Chechnya region in southern Russia. They lived near Boston and had been in the US for about a decade, one of their uncles reported said.
