Beckham bids tearful farewell

David Beckham has bid an emotional farewell to football, after captaining his last club, Paris St Germain, to victory.
On his final ever appearance in professional football, Beckham broke down in tears after watching team mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic score twice to hand the side a 3-1 victory over Brest at the Parc des Princes. The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star left the pitch to a standing ovation following a fine performance.
Beckham joined PSG in late January and although he had little impact on his team's performances, he was praised as a great professional.
