Every passenger agreeing to take a chartered plane has signed an agreement with HNA to accept a compensation of around 327 US dollars or a free ticket for Henna within one year. The ship was scheduled to sail from Jeju to Incheon on Friday.
It was detained after the Jeju court received a seizure application on claims of legal disputes, from a subsidiary company of Jiangsu Shagang Group Corporation.
