At the CBA Finals, after back-to-back wins in Xinjiang, the Beijing Ducks had a chance to take total control of their series against the Flying Tigers on home court on Sunday. A win for the hosts would move them one game away from claiming the best-of-seven Finals and a second franchise title.

The Mastercard Center here in the Capital...an ocean of blue....as more than 18,000 fans packed the arena for this one.

Xinjiang ith their backs against the wall got off to a strong start as Xirelijiang Mugetear got the flying Tigers rolling.

After a couple disappointing shooting performances at home, Xinjiang went inside more in Game Three. And big man, Tang Zhengdong, did his part, scoring 16 points on the night.

Second Q and the visitors up by four when Li Xuelin cuts the gap to one with the triple. This one, neck and neck.

But Xinjiang center Tang Zhengdong would start to take over in the paint. He goes at Zhang Songtao, getting the hoop and the harm, the Flying Tigers all of a sudden up by 10.

Xinjiang would extend the lead and Stephon Marbury would do his best to try to drag his team back into it.

He had 23 points to go along with 5 assists and 8 rebounds.

But it wasn't enough. Xinjiang pull off the huge Game Three win on the road, knocking off Beijing 92-81 and are now just 2-1 down in the best of seven.

"In the first game, we put too much pressure on ourselves, and we also lost the second game. But we improved both offensively and defensively during this game. After two losses, we found our form." Xinjiang Head coach Cui Wanjun said.

"Facing a strong team like Xinjiang in the finals, we have to be better than our opponents. From this point, we did not play as well as the previous two games. Although we played well defensively, we did have problems scoring." Beijing head coach Min Lulei said.
